CRM Software Price in India for Small Business (2026)

What CRM costs a small Indian business in 2026: per-user and flat pricing, free plans, hidden costs, and questions to ask. Prices from vendors' own pages.

Prices checked on 2 November 2026 from each vendor's own page.

"How much does a CRM cost?" has no single answer, because vendors price in four different ways. This guide explains those ways, shows what a few vendors list on their own pages, names the costs that are easy to miss, and gives you questions to ask. We make a CRM ourselves, so we say where ours is not the right pick and we do not rank anyone. Prices change, so check the live page before you buy. Please confirm tax and contract points with your CA.

Four ways CRMs are priced

  1. Per user, per month. You pay for each person who logs in. It is cheap for two users and expensive for twenty.
  2. A flat price with a user limit. One price covers a team up to a set size, then you move to the next tier.
  3. A quote. No public price. The vendor asks for your team size, branches and needs.
  4. A free tier. A real product with limits on users or features, meant to lead to a paid plan.

What vendors list, 2 November 2026

VendorWhat its page showsNotes

HubSpot CRMFree for up to 2 users. Starter: $7 a seat per month with annual payment, or $10 month to monthThe page says Starter is normally $20 a seat, and that discounts are for new customers only. Prices are subject to tax
Zoho CRMFree forever for 3 users. Paid plans: Standard, Professional, Enterprise, UltimateWe could not read the paid prices from the page, so we list none
HamaraCRMNo public price. Pricing is tailored, and quotes are in INRIts Mumbai page lists a free trial, free data migration and full data export on cancellation, and Android and iPhone apps on every plan
BecozAI CRM & LeadsStarter plan: Rs 378 a month, or Rs 3,843 for 1 year. Growth: Rs 504 a month. Professional: Rs 662. Enterprise: Rs 788. Plus 18% GSTPriced by plan, not by user. Starter includes 10 logins and 3 branches

A few reading tips. The dollar prices are not converted, because exchange rates and taxes change the result. The Bitrix24 figures are per organisation, so divide by users. BecozAI's price is per plan: Rs 378 for 10 logins is about Rs 38 per login a month before GST, but only if you use all ten. The full BecozAI system, which includes all seven products, starts at Rs 1,200 a month + 18% GST.

A worked comparison for a team of five

Take a five-person sales team. Bitrix24 Basic covers 5 users at Rs 1,910 a month billed annually, which works out to Rs 382 per user a month. BecozAI Starter's CRM & Leads is Rs 378 a month for up to 10 logins, before GST, so a five-person team pays the same Rs 378. A per-user tool is priced differently: at $9 a user, five Freshsales Growth seats come to $45 a month on its annual plan. The point is not that one is cheaper. The point is that the same team costs different amounts under different pricing models, and the model that suits you depends on whether you will add users.

Costs that are easy to miss

Questions to ask any vendor

  1. What is the price for my team size in a year, with tax, and what is the price in year two?
  2. Which lead sources connect, and do I need my own account with each?
  3. Can I export all my data if I leave, and is that free?
  4. Is there a phone app on my plan, and for Android and iPhone?
  5. What is extra: WhatsApp, calling, storage, extra branches, support hours?
  6. Can I try it with my own leads before paying?

Where BecozAI sits, and where it does not

BecozAI CRM & Leads has a lead book with stages, owners and sources, a calling list for telecallers, a follow-up board, field visits with GPS check-in, import from Excel and CSV including Facebook lead exports, team targets, and conversion of a won lead into a customer and quotation. It is priced per plan, and its scope is broad, because the same system also runs accounts, stock, staff and billing.

It is not the right pick if you need built-in calling, an iPhone app (there is none; the Android app is an APK download on Professional and Enterprise plans, and every plan works in a phone browser), WhatsApp messages that send themselves without your own API, or deep marketing automation. We do not claim those. We are also a cloud product with a published address in Whitefield, Bengaluru, and no Mumbai or Navi Mumbai office. Setup and training are done remotely.

See our CRM & Leads page, and CRM for Mumbai sales teams for a worked territory example. The 7-day free trial lets you load your own leads.
